In this Privacy Statement we observe the privacy and data protection requirements set out in General Data Protection Rule. The concepts, terms and definitions that we apply in this Privacy Statement are set forth in this rule.

• Supply, correction and improvement of Almeida Junior Services. We use your personal information to offer functionalities, analyze performance, correct errors and improve the usability and effectiveness of Almeida Junior Services.

At Almeida Junior Shopping Centers we store and access personal data only through duly approved corporate resources and only after the definition of specific purpose and legal basis in our Record of Personal Data Processing Operations (RoPA).

For the protection of storage and access to personal data we use technical and administrative Information Security controls which are defined in our Information Security Policy and are maintained through our internal governance program on information security and data protection.

7. HOW LONG DOES ALMEIDA JUNIOR KEEP YOUR PERSONAL INFORMATION? 

We keep your personal information so that you can continue using Almeida Junior services for the time necessary to meet the purposes of each piece of information collected, as may be required by law, for tax purposes, accounting or otherwise informed to you.

8. DO WE USE COOKIES OR OTHER TYPES OF DIGITAL TRACES?

In order for our systems to recognize your browser or device and offer and improve the services, portals and applications of Almeida Junior Shopping Centers, we may make use of cookies and other types of digital traces, just for the basic functioning of the website.

• Explanation: obtaining information on the possibility not to consent to the processing of personal data and on the consequences of refusal. This includes any other explanations or requests demanded by the holders.
